First and last time visiting this place!!! My regular nail bar Sophie’s at The Linkway was very busy so I decided to check if one of the ones in Fleet had any openings. HUGE ERROR!! Continuously applying BIAB clear polish on my nails, repeatedly. I tried to inquire why she was doing that as I have never had it done that way before but she ignored me. Filing my nails so thin that it started to cause pain on my nail bed. Once again, I attempted to request her not to do so but she dismissed me! The final straw for me was when the woman working on my nails was constantly speaking in her language to other colleagues the entire time. English may not be your first language but this is incredibly impolite. Sophie’s in Fleet are of the same nationality (I believe) and they DO NOT behave in that manner. You are DISRESPECTFUL and rude. In my view, AVOID this "salon"
