After a long time, I got a fantastic hair cut, she is one of the top hair stylists in Birmingham. Lovely setting, great music, the head massage is so relaxing. Give it a go and experience it.
Deceivers. So I went for a hair cut today and my usual barbers were busy so I decided to try them out. They display on their window £14 for a hair cut. Now my hair is short, I have a number 4 grade every couple of months, so I asked for my usual cut, no.4 on the back and sides and no.6 on top. When it came time to pay, I was charged £19. I was then informed that because my hair was over the top of my ear, it's considered long hair!!!! So the barber thought he was smart by overcharging a 60 year old man for an extra fiver...... The £5 doesn't make a difference to me, if it had been a good cut I probably would have given a tip anyway, but now they have lost a potential new local customer forever. So enjoy that extra fiver.....that's not how to attract and retain loyal customers.
