Exceptional service as always. Tom consistently provides a superb cut. Max also does an excellent job with no wait time!
Appalling. Stylist lacks basic manners. Took my special needs child for a haircut, initially the child got anxious and had to pause midway, upon returning later in the day, the stylist declined to cut anything except the outlines, and conversed very impolitely without a hint of a smile throughout. Moreover, he rejected all requests for any haircut, leaving my son looking as if he had never had a trim at all. Dreadful service, not recommended.
Hairdressing felt so hasty. Made me feel like an imposition. Visited before and other stylist was fine. But, due to today's occurrence, I won't return.
