My spouse and 5-year-old lad have been frequenting this establishment for a year now, and the service is consistently superb. They always greet us warmly and make the experience enjoyable for my son. He even receives a lollipop as a treat for behaving so well! Additionally, my spouse always enjoys the hot towel treatment. It's a delightful place. We make the journey all the way from Canterbury for it!

I am utterly livid. My 15-year-old lad has returned home with the back of his head completely shorn after requesting a fade. I am strongly considering taking photographs and pursuing legal action to recover the expenses incurred by what can only be described as a horrific haircut just to drive a point home. The hairline is not even straight. If you lack the necessary skills, do not experiment with people's hair. He will now have to endure this dreadful haircut until it grows back. The trim around his head is not even uniform. You are a complete novice. Rest assured, we shall not be revisiting your establishment and will not be endorsing you in any manner... I attempted to call to lodge a complaint, but your phone line appears to be out of service.
