I adore this parlour. A fantastic pair, a married couple, tend to my nails superbly. They consistently provide me with exceptional care and a colour that garners numerous compliments.
I visited this place on a recommendation. The individual did not fully remove my shellac layer. Despite booking a manicure and pedicure with shellac, I did not receive either. A rushed 10-minute shellac application was done. My experience was extremely disappointing. She mentioned having another client and couldn't offer the pedicure. Subsequently, she went to eat instead. I felt overcharged and received subpar treatment. I wouldn't return, nor would I suggest it to anyone.
It's taken me some time to write this feedback. I went to have my nails done last month, and it will be the final visit to this nail salon. I requested a simple green colour with an overlay on my natural nails. The gentleman proceeded to work on my nails, but the shape was awful. I asked for a coffin shape, but it was far from it. He filed down my natural nails so much that they appeared lopsided and uneven. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he blamed my fingers, stating that my nails were "wonky." What a farce. He even argued with me. I left feeling upset and deflated. I didn't even bother taking a picture. Please don't waste your money here. I felt disheartened and disappointed with my nails looking unattractive. If I didn't have an important event to attend, I would have left without completing my nails. Today, I visited Muse Beauty in Southgate, and the service was exceptional, a perfect 10/10. I genuinely recommend it. My nails look beautiful once again!
