This has been my most disappointing manicure experience to date. While shellac or acrylic services may be acceptable here, I urge caution as it appears that the tools are not adequately cleaned. My shellac pedicure turned out fine, but the standard manicure was subpar. I doubt the individual who performed the service is a trained nail technician. Each nail varied in shape and length, there was excess skin around the cuticles, and the polish application was sloppy. A waste of money and a significant letdown overall.
The team here is delightful, efficiently attending to customers to minimize waiting times. They are courteous professionals who discuss pricing upfront, although it may not be the most budget-friendly option. Nonetheless, it is a pleasant service.
Upon entering, I was informed there would be no wait for a pedicure. However, 15 minutes later, they started a foot bath and left me unattended for another 15 minutes. The pedicure was interrupted halfway through because another customer arrived, and they switched their focus to her nails. This resulted in my pedicure taking 1.5 hours, a common occurrence at this salon. Patience is key here, as the waiting times can be quite frustrating. Today, it felt unjust to prioritize someone who arrived 40 minutes after me.
