I had such a great session with Ymi today, after a long period of back pain I left feeling pain free. She could sense where I needed the support and which parts of my body were feeling tense and stressed. She gently moved my body and put pressure on points that have been holding pain. I feel very lucky to of seen her and can’t wait to see her again.
I had a very low level of knowledge about Shiatsu when I first went to Ymi, but I had a nagging back problem and a need to look after my mental wellbeing. After each massage I feel so much better and the benefits last well beyond the short term. Ymi is very skilled and has a beautiful space near Frome. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Ymi. I arrived unsure about the suitability of shiatsu for me, but Ymi immediately put my mind at rest, explaining that every shiatsu treatment would be done according to my situation. Sure enough, Ymi’s skill, communication, and intuition was evident in adapting to what worked best for me. The space Ymi has created is beautifully serene and relaxing. Thank you.
