Fantastic salon with a warm and welcoming team! Nails always turn out perfect, and they are great with my little one too. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Took two 16 yr olds, an 11 yr old, a 9 yr old, and myself for an appointment. The two staff members were welcoming. They fulfilled the older girls' requests precisely. The younger ones had their nails painted, which stopped the 9 yr old from nail-biting. They only charged £5 for each of the youngest two. They handled the eldest two well, ensuring their nails were not too long. One staff member stayed late to complete the service and even did my nails, despite it being past closing time. I offered to return the next day, but she declined. I also had my nails painted. The only issue was the strong smell of the chemicals, which the children complained about. The staff were accommodating and kept the door open.
Regularly visit Bamboo for my nails, and it's my go-to place. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and they always deliver exceptional results. ❤️
