There's nowhere else I would go, Jess always does my hair and I have never been more pleased with it. She is incredibly skilled at her craft, and all the other women in the salon are equally delightful. Every visit is a positive experience, and I consistently adore my hair and receive numerous compliments. Thank you so much:)
The staff at this place are incredibly disrespectful and show a complete lack of consideration for medical exemptions. Despite me clearly explaining my exemption, they insisted on me wearing a mask, which I didn't even need to disclose in the first place! I informed them that I would take my business elsewhere and left. The individual I spoke to, whether the owner or a staff member, was seen in the photo taking a picture of me while I was outside on a public street capturing an image of the establishment for this review. I was truly appalled by their behaviour and, unfortunately, will not be endorsing or recommending this place to anyone.
Whenever I visit Salon 109, it feels like reconnecting with a group of old friends who are always there for you. The entire team is so friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease from the moment you step through the door. I always request Jade, who is a friend of my son's, and she never fails to impress - truly lovely! There's a great atmosphere, and I always leave feeling happier than when I arrived. Love them :D
