I had a pleasant experience even without an appointment. The staff were friendly and polite, and I was very satisfied with my nail treatment.
I had a dreadful experience with my acrylic nails. Paid £35 for a new set that turned out wonky and bumpy. The white tips were uneven, making them look ridiculous. It took an hour and a half, and the quality was just appalling. I would advise against going here and will opt for the city centre for better quality at a lower price.
The staff were delightful, and this was my second time visiting the salon with the same attendant. I will definitely return! I had my old acrylics removed and got a new set. Unsure of what I wanted, the attendant suggested a beautiful ombre of light pink and violet with glitter on my ring fingers. The service was quick, efficient, and friendly, leaving me a happy customer. The salon has a lovely and relaxed atmosphere. A 5-star experience all around!
