Absolutely adore the way they communicate with you in a respectful manner and warmly greet you, truly impressed with how they styled my nails and the impeccable final result. I highly recommend visiting this establishment, it's definitely worth every pound.
I attribute this to a lack of focus due to being preoccupied with accommodating too many clients, answering calls, and trimming my nails with their other hand 😂
I would not suggest. Terrible nails, truly disappointing. Customer service was dreadful, the proprietor of the establishment actually raised their voice at me for accidentally shifting. Then I felt too uneasy to request adjustments on the nails. They were on the phone as they trimmed the nails and never inquired about the desired length. Then when they proceeded to apply the polish, they didn't ask me to wash my hands - just brushed the dust away, resulting in little dust specks in the paint.
