Arrived to book my 10 year old son for a trim. Two mature female stylists around 55 - 60 years old gave me a cold reception. No smiles. Felt unwelcome in the chilly atmosphere. Shocked to hear they charge adult rates for a child's haircut.... £72!! Was appalled. Mentioned they plan to stop cutting children's hair. The young receptionist was polite, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. The older stylists were distant and gave me judgmental looks. Will not be returning, not even for an adult haircut!
My partner and I have been patrons of this salon for close to 20 years. Without fail, we always receive exceptional service, with blow dries, colouring, and trims done impeccably, professionally, and promptly. I highly recommend Jackie and her skilled team to anyone.
