Oh my goodness, what an absolutely incredible experience I had at The Hyde! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was welcomed with a beaming smile and a delightful oat flat white (with bubbles as an added bonus!). Chloe was simply outstanding; not only was she well-versed in the treatments and products, but she was also incredibly warm and accommodating. I have no doubt that I will remain a loyal client for life. Thank you!
I received a swift gel manicure from Chloe. The service was delightful and courteous. The cleanliness was impeccable, The nail shape is flawless and the gel has a lovely shine without being too thick. I am certain that I will return and no longer need to travel to London for my nail appointments!
On my first visit shortly after the salon's opening, I was a complete novice to the world of nail care. The staff graciously guided me through the process, answering all my queries with such kindness and patience! I initially came in for gel nails for my hen do, which turned out stunning, and later returned for my wedding (a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure). The service on both occasions was exceptional; they even made accommodations for my Mum and maid of honour to join. While I've had manicures elsewhere before, the atmosphere at The Hyde is unmatched in its friendliness. The establishment is spotless and well-maintained, and I will certainly be returning. I received numerous compliments on my wedding nails! Thank you so much! ❤️
