I have a keen eye for detail and was nervous about trying a new establishment outside my usual area. From the moment I stepped in until I departed, I felt warmly welcomed. Nathan did my nails, and he absolutely nailed it! Superb finish, left extremely satisfied, and this place will now be my go-to spot for nails. Excited to explore the other services they offer. This message is solely for Emma and no one else. The proprietor is delightful, and the other staff members are excellent; however, this particular Emma is not a positive addition to this establishment. Emma's conduct was atrocious. Unprofessional. I had to prompt her to remove the clear polish I had on before applying the new one. She also neglected to use a base coat and left streaks in the colour she applied. Simply dreadful 😖
Went to the salon for the first time and felt a bit apprehensive, but the gentleman who did my nails was absolutely fantastic. I believe he was the salon manager. Apologies for forgetting your name. I opted for the flexi-gel nails with a snowflake stamp, and I am completely smitten with them! Many thanks.
