I was fortunate to receive a 30-minute facial at the Facial Bar from a friend, and I was so impressed that I immediately scheduled another appointment before leaving! Emma, my therapist, was delightful - friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly enthusiastic about her work. The treatment was truly exceptional, leaving me feeling relaxed and with radiant skin. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
I've now booked a massage at this place twice this year, and both times the masseuse called in sick, resulting in my appointment being cancelled. While they did offer a same-day rescheduling the first time, I believe reliability is crucial when booking a massage, and unfortunately, Spa26 falls short in this aspect. It's a pity because the massages are actually quite good!
I recently had another fantastic experience at Spa Twentysix. I tried a 30-minute facial for the first time, followed by my usual 60-minute back massage. The facial treatment was discounted as part of my birthday month reward. The facial was gentle yet highly effective, targeting my specific skin concerns, and the back massage was simply fantastic. As someone with a physically and mentally demanding job, my back is often in pain, but I always experience significant relief after each massage session! Spa Twentysix is a wonderful place. Thank you!
