I visited here as my usual spot is hard to reach now that it's in the ULEZ. I could reserve a spot online which was fantastic and very convenient. The booking presented me with two choices for waxing, one at the standard rate and another at a lower price with a specific staff member. I opted for the cheaper option due to a significant price gap. Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The establishment appeared clean. The waxing process was carried out in a comfortable manner. However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged the full price instead of the option I selected. I was informed that it wasn't the staff member I chose, but someone else, and those were the rates. It felt like a misrepresentation and a poor excuse to charge me more. Consequently, I am unlikely to return. It may have been an honest mistake, but the experience was disappointing.
