I visited here as my usual spot is hard to reach now that it's in the ULEZ. I could reserve a spot online which was fantastic and very convenient. The booking presented me with two choices for waxing, one at the standard rate and another at a lower price with a specific staff member. I opted for the cheaper option due to a significant price gap. Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The establishment appeared clean. The waxing process was carried out in a comfortable manner. However, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged the full price instead of the option I selected. I was informed that it wasn't the staff member I chose, but someone else, and those were the rates. It felt like a misrepresentation and a poor excuse to charge me more. Consequently, I am unlikely to return. It may have been an honest mistake, but the experience was disappointing.
The team here is delightful and incredibly skilled at what they do; I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for my beauty treatments! They are highly attentive, always accommodating, and adept at fitting things in. I adore this salon and all the ladies here💘🙏 …

Stacey, who I spoke to on the phone, seems unable to override the system, as the business appears to be governed by the system rather than by individuals. The terms and conditions are strictly enforced, even in light of weather warnings, though this isn't explicitly stated. It would be preferable to offer more valid reasons for withholding people's money. Keep in mind that I was there just two days ago for other treatments, and I travel all the way from South Lanarkshire.
