A fantastic experience. PPI checks. Had 3 colours and restyle. I have naturally curly hair which was out of condition to say the least. I had it temporarily straightened with straighteners just to finish. The cut was the best I have had for years and was exactly what I asked for if not better. Won't go anywhere else now. Well done Pepi.
Extremely poor service! Hacked away at my hair and didn’t listen to what I asked for. Ruined hundreds of pounds worth of balayage and left me in tears upon leaving. Very unprofessional service, never stated it was one to one and the owner (woman) locked the door while I was the only customer in there and made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. She complained and moaned about my hair which was very healthy and well-kept before arriving, the whole time she made me feel very stressed. I’ve now had to go elsewhere and pay hundreds of pounds to correct this shambles!
Absolutely fantastic hairdresser. Will visit again for sure. Amazing haircut with a reasonable price. The owner is also very friendly.
