First visit to this nail salon. I've always had my nails done by my brother in law who's a nail tech. Needed a quick fix today as had plans and my spouse insisted. Came here on a whim and I'm definitely a fan. The nail quality - design, shape, detail - is top-notch. The techs were friendly, polite, cheery, patient. Made me feel like I was chatting with the ladies. Highly recommend this nail salon, ladies.

I'd give an extra star if possible. The atmosphere, the lovely staff, the BIAB 😍 I opted for a BIAB with French tips, and as the wonderful team worked on my nails, I couldn't help but adore each step. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, and I'll definitely be returning again and again and again 💖

Regrettably, today I received a subpar pedicure service here! I used to be a regular, and I usually enjoyed the way others did pedicures. However, this lady lacks professionalism and seems to struggle with English. My skin is quite delicate aside from corns, and usually, nail techs are aware of this. I've never had issues before. This lady used a grater too harshly, causing discomfort, and when I asked for a softer touch and shorter time, she persisted. She even used it on the outer part of my foot, mistaking it for a corn (it was actually my bone). I assumed it was a one-off mistake, endured the pain, feeling a bit disheartened. I specifically mentioned not to use a cooling mask with hot towels if there's a wound (as I initially requested). However, she proceeded to apply the mask. Despite my repeated requests not to, she insisted on applying it around the wound. I explained we couldn't use the mask that way since they usually wrap my feet in plastic and hot towels, which isn't suitable for the wound. She didn't comprehend and proceeded to remove the mask but wrapped my feet in a hot towel. Once again, I had to intervene and ask her to finish the pedicure as usual. She applied cream and gave a massage, even putting cream on the wound (why?). I repeatedly asked her to disinfect the wound, but she didn't comply. Only when I insisted at the end did she bring a plaster without disinfecting. I opted out of getting a manicure here and paid 28 pounds for this unprofessional service, without any offer of a discount, just an apology. We all have bad days or communication mishaps, but this was beyond acceptable. Especially when there's a wound, proper disinfection should be a priority, but there was a lack of understanding here.
