I've been a loyal patron of this nail salon for years and the service is always top-notch. The prices are quite fair - they have increased over the years I've been going (like everywhere else) but they still offer great value for the location. The staff are skilled and willing to accommodate design requests (which may incur extra charges) and they frequently introduce new polish collections to experiment with, providing a chance to try something fresh and exciting, which I adore. I wouldn't consider going to any other nail salon in the medway region!
Nail Palace is truly superb. The staff members are incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely inclusive to all. I have visited multiple times and they consistently provide excellent value for money. Never have my nails broken or been flawed. They always prioritize customer satisfaction. Each nail technician I've had ensures the nails are flawless. I always depart with a smile, not just pleased with my nails but also with the lovely atmosphere here. I highly recommend giving them a try as you will not be let down.
