Natalie and the ladies at VIP truly excel in their craft 🤩 I've never had such a positive experience at any salon before and I used to avoid them, but now I've gone back to VIP several times for extensions, and every single time I leave feeling fantastic. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! Natalie is incredibly accommodating and always willing to meet the needs of her clients. The door was eventually opened at 11:10, and I was informed that the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for 11:30, despite my previous correspondence confirming 11am. The lack of apology was notable, with the repeated explanation that they were a small business.
