She's a master at colour work, guiding me from dark brown to blonde flawlessly. Every visit feels like catching up with a friend over coffee. Despite her busy schedule, Julie always remembers details about my life and family, making me feel truly valued. Her friendly nature and engaging stories make each appointment a joy. The presence of exotic fish tanks adds a unique touch to the hair washing experience. I scheduled an appointment for a fresh cut and a full head of highlights with the delightful Lyla. I can genuinely say that I've never received such a fabulous cut and colour; my highlights appear so natural and are exactly what I desired. Lyla carefully examined my reference images and asked for input throughout the process, leading to an end result that left me thrilled. I felt like a VIP as the other stylist in training, Shelby, assisted with drying and toning my hair alongside Lyla! As a first-time client👋🏼, I took the plunge to try out this salon in my quest to embrace my naturally wavy, ultra-fine hair. I had my hair cut and styled by the delightful Olivia. She displayed a great understanding of her craft, crafting soft, ethereal waves that sit beautifully on my head. Her cheerful disposition was an added bonus😊. I am utterly appalled by the service I have just received from this establishment. My hair was beautifully coloured without any issues. However, I missed an appointment due to my father being rushed to hospital for 7 blood transfusions in critical condition. The last thing on my mind was contacting the Salon at that time. There was no compassion shown towards me at all. They insist I pay an additional £80 before redoing my hair, as well as a birthday voucher for a massage that I will not be using, resulting in a waste of money.
