I endeavoured numerous times to secure an appointment for a prenatal massage. After engaging in discussions regarding dates and times, I encountered a lack of response which led to the loss of potential dates. Upon finally securing a date and time, I arrived promptly at 10:40 for my 11am appointment only to find the door locked and no answer on any of the 3 provided contact numbers. The door was eventually opened at 11:10, and I was informed that the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for 11:30, despite my previous correspondence confirming 11am. The lack of apology was notable, with the repeated explanation that they were a small business. Due to the disorganised nature of the establishment and the unpleasant experience of waiting outside while heavily pregnant, I requested and received a refund for my voucher.
