Had my semi-permanent eyelashes done here a few weeks ago. What should have taken an hour was rushed by the technician in 20 minutes! I couldn't properly open my eyes for about half an hour afterward due to excessive glue. The application was sloppy, resulting in thick clumps of glue that have pulled out most of my eyelashes and left bald patches. Feeling incredibly let down considering the glowing reviews. The lash lift didn't deliver as promised, prompting me to return for a second attempt. While there was some improvement the second time around, the outcome still fell short, leaving my lashes oddly bent. I also opt for dermaplaning, which has greatly improved my skin. Using Skin Geek products has been beneficial, and I now incorporate them into my home skincare routine. The entire experience is incredibly soothing.
After starting HRT, I had a breakout around my nose and chin. Roz refused to proceed with a treatment that could worsen the issue but managed to find a solution that actually enhanced my skin and reduced inflammation within 24 hours. They have also provided me with a care plan for the next few days to help maintain my skin.
