It was my premier outing for a beauty session post hurting my knee, I felt rather anxious but all in the salon were so kind and supportive, even the other patrons! They made me feel at ease, so thank you very much for that. I scheduled an appointment for a fresh cut and a full head of highlights with the delightful Lyla. I can genuinely say that I've never received such a fabulous cut and colour; my highlights appear so natural and are exactly what I desired. Lyla carefully examined my reference images and asked for input throughout the process, leading to an end result that left me thrilled. I felt like a VIP as the other stylist in training, Shelby, assisted with drying and toning my hair alongside Lyla! I am utterly appalled by the service I have just received from this establishment. My hair was beautifully coloured without any issues. However, I missed an appointment due to my father being rushed to hospital for 7 blood transfusions in critical condition. The last thing on my mind was contacting the Salon at that time. There was no compassion shown towards me at all. They insist I pay an additional £80 before redoing my hair, as well as a birthday voucher for a massage that I will not be using, resulting in a waste of money.
