The shop has a fantastic vibe, with the staff being so welcoming and helpful. I've been a client of Julie's for years, following her from her previous workplace. She's a master at colour work, guiding me from dark brown to blonde flawlessly. Every visit feels like catching up with a friend over coffee. Despite her busy schedule, Julie always remembers details about my life and family, making me feel truly valued. Her friendly nature and engaging stories make each appointment a joy. The presence of exotic fish tanks adds a unique touch to the hair washing experience. Overall, a top-notch experience deserving of an A+.
I had arranged a trial appointment for a "wedding day" hairstyle and also booked appointments for my daughter's upcoming wedding in July (as the bride and mother of the bride). Despite making these bookings well in advance, the salon recently informed me that there is no stylist available for our special day. They did provide alternative hairdresser suggestions in the area, but this last-minute change has left me feeling very disappointed. The level of customer service in this instance has been subpar.
Just had my hair cut by Dani at Hair By Hanlon, and I must say, she nailed it! Dani's attention to detail, exceptional listening skills, and ability to grasp exactly what I wanted for my haircut were truly impressive.
