I first visited Carol in late 2022 with a nagging lower back ache from work. After a few sessions, the discomfort had nearly vanished. Now, I see her twice each month.
I am an avid hiker and runner. In past years, I tackled several Ultra Marathons. However, since 2021, injuries kept me from competing. Feeling free from injury, I signed up for this year's Highland Fling Trail race (53 Miles) and started training in mid-January. Thanks to Carol, I managed to finish the race on 27th April without any injuries. I couldn't have achieved it alone, so I am deeply thankful for Carol's efforts.
Besides the massage therapy, Carol offers valuable advice on preventing future issues. This focus on prevention is where I see the true benefit of bi-monthly visits. It allows me to work, make a living, and pursue my passion for hiking and running. I am even considering entering the full WHW race covering 96 Miles.
