The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when booking my appointment. The salon's decor was stunning and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The body scrub I received was absolutely fantastic, and my luxury pedicure was a delight. Celine's service was top-notch, definitely deserving 5 stars. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return when I'm in Glasgow!
For my daughter's birthday, we decided to have a special treat at the salon. We booked a mini manicure with nibbles and a gel manicure. My daughter was eagerly anticipating her first visit to a proper nail salon in Glasgow. On Wednesday 19th July, we had our gel polish done with lovely little daisies. Despite being assured that the polish would withstand chlorine, it chipped the same night and completely peeled off after 3 days. I've made multiple attempts to contact the owner via email, phone, and messages, but have received no response. They seem eager to take your money but are unresponsive when issues arise. They posted on Facebook about closing due to costs, yet continue to be active on the platform. I strongly advise avoiding this salon - they are unresponsive and disappointing. My daughter was left very upset. Stay away at all costs.
I had a very professional and welcoming experience at the salon. The ambiance of the place was beautiful and it immediately put me at ease. Lorna, my attendant, was exceptionally kind and ensured my comfort throughout. The waxing procedure was quick and painless. I would gladly suggest this salon to anyone seeking beauty services in Glasgow.
