Charlotte is an incredibly skilled and experienced sports therapist. She not only delivers top-notch treatment but also offers valuable guidance for recovery. I regularly visit Charlotte for pre and post-event massages, and most recently, she has been instrumental in helping me prepare for and bounce back from a marathon. The pricing for the sessions is also very competitive. I cannot recommend her enough.
