I've been a regular here, but this time was awful. My nails hurt and I had to file them myself. The younger technician did a sloppy job, leaving them thick and uneven. When I mentioned they were too long, I was told it was intentional. I won't be returning.
Visited twice and each time felt rushed. Noticed flaws once home. Slow down for better results.
They applied a thin acrylic layer, but I was promised clear acrylic on top which didn't happen. When I raised the issue, I was told it was meant to look natural. Poor service for a shocking £35 charge!
