Although my previous negative feedback seems to have disappeared, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. I had booked a trial session for my wedding hair well in advance and expressed my nerves about it. The stylist made me feel embarrassed by insinuating that I should have already known exactly what I wanted, and dismissively brushed off my requests for suggestions or reference pictures. I believed that the purpose of the trial was to explore different options that would complement my look. Furthermore, she mentioned that she wouldn't even be available on my wedding day, questioning why I was assigned to her in the first place, which clearly affected her commitment to the task. After the session, none of my friends even noticed the change in my hair, highlighting the lacklustre outcome.
