On one occasion, myself and my 5 companions were informed that we couldn't all enter the store. Another time, 4 friends and I were browsing products, and employees continuously trailed us, overtly observing. For instance, when a friend and I examined foundation, the lady immediately glanced over and fixated on us until we placed it back. Upon switching aisles, she loudly remarked into her headset, "They've moved to the hair aisle." Another employee kept peering around the corner, monitoring us. When my friend made a purchase, the employee questioned over the headset, "Has she bought that?" I am deeply disappointed in Glossop Superdrug and the prejudices they hold against teenage girls.
Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Madison was fantastic at assisting me in selecting makeup for my partner's birthday, offering wonderful suggestions that she adored. Thank you very much :)
Staff were impolite. Discussing customers via headsets with other colleagues. Unacceptable conduct.
