The most unprofessional encounter ever. When your lash technician cancels on you twice and makes no effort to reschedule! The second cancellation was to jet off on a spontaneous holiday!!! Despite knowing many of us needed our lashes done for our own holidays. Utterly selfish behaviour, cancelling for the entire week and affecting numerous people. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism in my life. I suppose it's a good thing I excel in beauty over her...
