**I treated myself to a manicure, pedicure, and waxing, and Clare and Liza were absolutely fantastic! Being heavily pregnant, they made sure I was completely at ease throughout. Although I usually get my treatments done in my hometown, I will definitely be returning to Cedars. Thank you both for the amazing care ☺️**

**I must point out the absence of Trip Advisor reviews and the selective display of only 5-star ratings on their website. Recently, I received a rather curt email from the manager, who took a week to respond to me and then sent a follow-up email regarding a Groupon payment issue. I'm quite puzzled. I had booked a traditional Swedish massage over the phone. Upon arrival, I presented my voucher specifying a Swedish massage, yet I was provided with an oriental fusion massage instead. The lady who ushered me in did not introduce herself, simply stating that we could begin and guiding me through. She didn't inquire about my preferred pressure level. I grew concerned as I felt her hands trembling and frequently clicking while using her fingers to massage, relying heavily on elbows and lower arms, possibly to avoid using fingers. Midway through, the music, which had been skipping, abruptly ceased, replaced by a loud rumbling noise, presumably from the boiler, persisting for the remainder of the session. Eventually, the CD was restarted at a higher volume to mask the sound. The massage oil wasn't replenished during the session, leaving my skin feeling quite sore by the end; I debated whether to ask for more but assumed it wasn't provided due to the session nearing its end. Upon completion, I felt a sense of relief - perhaps Asian fusion differs from the Swedish massage I had booked? Upon sitting up, I was shocked to find dark purple marks on my body, forehead, and face from the towels I had been lying on. It took over an hour for these marks to fade! Were the towels too rough? Would using sheets instead prevent such marks? This was a first for me following a massage. As I left, the masseuse inquired about how I was feeling; I mentioned feeling a bit shaky. She attributed it to the adjustment to the light, offered me water, and then departed without providing any post-care guidance. Alone in the reception area, I drank the water and, feeling uncertain, I left. I felt unwell throughout the night and somewhat unsteady the following day. Overall, a rather disappointing experience. In response, I was offered a 20% discount on another massage. I declined.**

**Fantastic treatments. The therapists are delightful, always going above and beyond. It feels like a morning spent with close companions. I highly recommend paying a visit and trying out the range of treatments available. Many thanks to the ladies for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. 😊**
