My visit coincided with the summer holidays, and unfortunately, there were unsupervised kids causing chaos. They were jumping into the water and leaping from the hot tub area into the main pool, creating a less than relaxing spa environment.
Excellent value for membership fees here. The facilities are top-notch. However, securing a spot in classes can be challenging due to limited availability. I appreciate the option to borrow a towel for just £1, it's a convenient alternative to using multiple towels throughout the week. While the venue is becoming more crowded, there is still ample space for swimming laps. My main gripe is the cleanliness of the poolside floors, they could use more frequent sweeping. The pool temperature is just right, and the seating arrangements are comfortable.
