My initial visit here was truly welcoming thanks to Alex and Sam. Despite my nerves, they quickly put me at ease. Sam provided excellent advice on my treatments and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. Being a male in a predominantly female setting, I felt completely comfortable. The clinic's location is convenient with complimentary parking. Although I reside in Manchester with numerous clinic options, being referred to Sam by a friend, I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. The journey was definitely worthwhile.
I have been a regular at Nurse Kelly's practice at GMA. She is exceptionally professional, attentive to my needs, and has helped me achieve my desired outcomes from the treatments. I have received Botox and fillers for smile lines. I wholeheartedly recommend GMA to everyone. It is a warm and inviting environment to visit.
I arranged an appointment for a hay fever injection at the clinic, but upon further research, I decided to cancel as I had reservations. Upon contacting the clinic, I was informed that my deposit was non-refundable. After reading about the potential dangers of Kenalog, a drug not permitted in the UK, I am relieved I cancelled. I caution others to exercise caution before booking any treatments. It is inappropriate for this clinic to promote or provide such treatments.
