Outstanding customer service. My nails look fantastic. I would recommend and will definitely return.
This was my premier visit and encounter of Max’s nails in Crosshills. I did have some reservations, solely because I have never had my nails done by a male technician before. I needn't have worried. My nail technician was incredibly skilled. He was exceptionally gentle and attentive throughout the entire process. Despite a language barrier (both technicians in the salon are Vietnamese), it did not diminish my experience and will not prevent me from returning. There are always ways to communicate. The salon is impeccably clean and cozy. I interacted with both technicians, and they both inspired confidence in me as they were knowledgeable and efficient. Would I revisit... absolutely. I was highly impressed with my manicure and painted nails. Exactly what I desired. Located on the main road in Crosshills and recently opened in the last few months. Give it a try... You won't be let down!
First time at Max's and it certainly won't be the last. Delighted with my shellac nails, the staff were very pleasant, and the prices were very reasonable too.
