I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair Base with ADEL. I was quite anxious about going to a salon due to my anxiety, but Adel made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She's outgoing and funny, which helped ease my nerves. My hair was a mess with different colours and lengths, but Adel worked her magic and the colour and cut she gave me were stunning. I was brought to tears by how good I felt. I even brought my mum along, and she was so moved by the transformation that she cried tears of joy. Adel has a special talent for making people feel great, and I am truly grateful. I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Adel, you're a gem x
I had a truly fantastic experience at Hair Base. I wasn't sure what style would suit me, but the staff nailed it. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease, which was a big deal for me as I struggle with anxiety. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Today was my first visit to Hair Base, and I was feeling quite upset and anxious after a terrible experience at another salon that had damaged my hair. I had a treatment and a significant amount cut off to salvage my hair. I was blown away by the beauty of the salon and the kindness and support of the staff. Unlike other places where only your stylist interacts with you, here, everyone made an effort to make me comfortable and engaged in conversation as they passed by. The extra services, like the massage basin chair, were a lovely touch and very relaxing. It's clear why this salon has won awards - it feels like being part of a family.
