I indulged in a luxurious hot stone full body massage at City Retreat Jesmond, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a relaxing visit. The therapist who performed my treatment was highly professional, taking the time to explain the process and what I could expect. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, with perfect warmth and lighting that added to the overall relaxation. The massage itself was truly the best I've ever had, providing a deeply soothing and enjoyable experience. It was evident that the therapist was both skilled and passionate about her work, which made the session even more special. I have been raving about this fantastic experience to everyone, and I will definitely be returning. I cannot recommend City Retreat Jesmond enough; it truly surpasses any other spa I have visited.
Today, I had a fantastic massage with Emma M. at City Retreat Jesmond. Despite having had abdominal surgery six weeks ago and being unable to lie on my front, Emma expertly adjusted the massage so I could lie on my side comfortably. She was a highly skilled therapist who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and maximize the benefits of the massage. It was a truly healing experience that I highly recommend.
