I visited this salon for a full set of acrylic nails. I had inquired about the pricing beforehand and was informed it would cost £30. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was 5 minutes late due to difficulty locating the shop and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes before being attended to. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, and they offered me colour options. During the application, I had to alter the design as the technician could not execute it to a satisfactory standard. Subsequently, I was informed that I had to pay £43 for my nails due to the use of coloured powder, which I had not requested and was not informed would incur an additional cost. I am utterly dismayed by the service provided and was unable to obtain the desired nails due to their lack of skill. I would not return to this establishment.
