I indulged in a luxurious hot stone full body massage at City Retreat Jesmond, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a relaxing visit. The therapist who performed my treatment was highly professional, taking the time to explain the process and what I could expect. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, with perfect warmth and lighting that added to the overall relaxation. The massage itself was truly the best I've ever had, providing a deeply soothing and enjoyable experience. I have also enjoyed pregnancy massages, post-pregnancy massages, and facials. Holly, my massage therapist, is exceptional - attentive and delightful to converse with. She offers valuable advice on products and post-treatment care. I now exclusively seek her services, having established a strong client-therapist rapport.
