I will never return to this salon again. A recent visit left my hair severely damaged, with significant breakage and thinning. The stylist's handling during the last session was disastrous, resulting in a drastic loss of hair volume. I am deeply upset and concerned about the state of my hair, especially with a wedding approaching. The lack of acknowledgment or apology from the salon is disappointing and unacceptable.
I love my hair after each visit to Top Knotts. The staff are always friendly and helpful, providing great advice on how to style my hair. I've been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend this salon for excellent service.
