I booked in for half head blonde highlights for a touch-up. There was only one hairdresser who already had two clients, so I never received the highlights. Ada applied something all over my hair, not what I had booked for; my hair was already blonde and just needed my roots done. When she finished, my hair was so purple that I couldn't see the end result. Two days later, after washing my hair with my usual John Frieda shampoo and conditioner, my hair turned completely ginger. I contacted Ada, who claimed I was happy at the time (even though I couldn't see due to the purple shampoo) and refused a refund. Why would I ever let her touch my hair again? Never in my life has a hairdresser made such a mess of my hair. Honestly, don't ever visit her. Yes, she may be cheap, but it's not worth it. I told her I've been crying, upset, embarrassed, and mortified and haven't been out, but she didn't even care. Please avoid going to her.
