Absolutely dreadful service experienced. Shockingly rude and abrupt interaction at the shop in Grays, Essex today (24th May 19 - store location). The lady wearing a hijab was particularly disrespectful (I also follow the Muslim faith, which made her attitude even more disappointing), displaying condescending and belittling behaviour. While they may seem pleasant when you are making a purchase, their true colours show when faced with a concern or complaint. Avoid wasting your time on businesses lacking basic respect for customers like this one. Opt for reputable retailers like Amazon, Boots, or Superdrugs, where you will receive far better treatment. Despite my efforts to support local businesses over larger chains, the treatment I received today was unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer, regularly purchasing expensive natural products, but after today, I will not be returning. Their loss! If possible, I would rate them zero stars.
