WARNING! The Male staff member was extremely impolite. The nail shape was incorrect, despite me confirming it twice. Additionally, I inquired about a specific colour which they claimed to have, only to be told after my nails were finished that they didn't have it. The male staff member retorted, 'Do you think we have time to check our stock?' Furthermore, I ended up with cuts on my fingers, and had to request cotton wool and polish remover as they had smeared polish all over my skin. The service was abysmal, and the staff were incredibly rude. They refused to acknowledge their mistakes. It is essential to ensure that properly trained staff are not left to work on customers independently when they are not ready.
