Completely botched my hairstyle by adding highlights to already bleached hair, every stylist I've consulted with has expressed shock at such a mistake. Additionally, they lacked knowledge on how to manage my curly hair and didn't even possess a paddle brush, instead blaming my hair for their inability to detangle it.
