The stylist who styled my hair was fantastic and really listened to my preferences. However, the head of the salon, Alex, made me feel incredibly uneasy. Not only did they intrude and take over the stylist's work, but they accidentally scratched my neck with the comb multiple times and blow-dried my hair so vigorously that they burnt my ear and caused discomfort with the roller brush. Their treatment of the staff was on the verge of being abusive, creating a very uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere. Despite the salon being well-maintained and me being satisfied with my haircut, I doubt I will return due to the manager's unacceptable behaviour.
