First time at Richards Hairdressing after switching hair salons I'd been loyal to for over a decade, so I was a bit anxious. No need to worry, though, as Natalie made me feel completely comfortable and nailed my colour match. She also executed the haircut exactly as requested and styled it flawlessly. Overall, I highly recommend and couldn't be more pleased with my hair. Thrilled to have discovered an amazing new salon.
