Bernard is a fantastic therapist! He is kind, patient and attentive. He completely understands the complexities of juggling work and family life which often leads us to feel exhausted and overwhelmed. Monthly appointments combining a mixture of massage and reflexology have proven to be a real stress relief. I truly can't recommend Bernard highly enough and am genuinely thrilled I found him.

It was decided my treatment would focus on my back/neck/shoulders as this is what was causing me the most discomfort. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had and I’ve had a lot over the years! It was worth travelling from the other side of Norfolk for and I wouldn’t hesitate to again!
