I absolutely adore this hair salon! I brought my son here for his first haircut two weeks ago, and the lady who attended to him was incredibly professional, calm, and patient - a true expert in handling the challenge of cutting a toddler's hair for the first time! The availability of cartoons on the iPad during the haircut is such a thoughtful touch. The overall vibe of the salon is super cute, and it has quickly become my son's go-to place for his hair care needs!
Capelli truly stands out! The ambiance is inviting and pristine, with every team member displaying a genuine commitment to providing excellent service and ensuring clients leave satisfied. The salon's inclusivity towards all hair types is commendable, evident in both the decor and the exceptional service provided by each team member. My daughter, who has afro hair, always leaves Capelli beaming with joy. I only wish a place like this existed when I was younger; it would have made a world of difference. A special shoutout to Verona, who consistently delivers top-notch service and leaves my daughter grinning from ear to ear.
What a delightful experience at Capelli! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere for children to enjoy watching TV as a great distraction. The haircut itself was executed with precision and care, ensuring a perfect result. And to top it off, a treat at the end was a lovely touch. We will definitely be returning for more!
