This was my premier visit to Jack’s nails and I would not revisit. Although the crew are pleasant, there is a lack of finesse and expertise from the nail artists. I had reserved the nail slot online and explicitly mentioned that it was for my nuptials and requested a proficient individual. This was acknowledged upon arrival. However, I was left disheartened. I had scheduled a manicure and pedicure for myself along with a French manicure for my mum. Both sets of nails were poorly executed as evident in the snapshots. I will not be returning as it was a squander of funds. Charging £40 for this is unjustified.
Absolutely adore the service, exceptionally amiable, nails are truly stunning. A perfect score of 10, will unquestionably revisit!! (more adept than Instagram nail maestros particularly in terms of pricing)
If I could award 10 stars I would!!! Exceptional service, Rachel was an absolute gem and crafts the most marvellous art designs. Will assuredly be back. To add the cherry on top, I was gifted Prosecco 🥂...
